This property is privately owned, and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. The property is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or the loss of money, jewelry, or valuables during your stay. Once checked in, reservations are non-cancellable. All linens are inventoried, and missing or damaged items will incur additional charges. Any damages to hotel property will be assessed and charged accordingly.
No pets are allowed on the property. Guest rooms with evidence of pet dander or odor will be subject to a non-refundable deep cleaning fee. Service animals are permitted in accordance with ADA guidelines.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited in guest rooms, common areas, and pool areas. Designated smoking areas are available throughout the property. Guests acknowledge that smoking outside of designated areas may result in additional cleaning fees charged to the credit card on file.
Check-In & Security Deposit: Reservations paid in advance or paid by cash require a credit card security deposit at check-in. The hotel accepts credit pre-authorizations only and does not accept cash deposits. The front desk will verify departure dates upon arrival. Rates are based on the confirmed check-in date and length of stay; early departures may result in rate changes.
Reservation Policy: The property reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations suspected of fraudulent, inappropriate, or erroneous activity.
Nightly Rates: For multi-night stays, nightly rates reflect the average total cost of the reservation excluding taxes, fees, and daily resort charges. Rates may be subject to advance deposits, promotional terms, and cancellation conditions.
Daily Resort Charge: A daily resort fee will be added to the room rate and includes:

- Business center access
- High-speed in-room internet
- Property-wide wireless internet
- Access to the interactive water park
- In-room coffee and tea
- Daily newspaper (weekends upon request)
- Taxes & Government Fees
Room rates, resort fees, occupancy taxes, and city fees are subject to applicable government taxes and fees.
Advance Deposit Policy: An advance deposit equal to the first night’s room rate, taxes, and resort fee is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation. Deposits are refundable if cancellations are made within the applicable cancellation policy and are not booked under promotional or third-party booking terms. Prepaid and promotional reservations may be subject to restricted cancellation and deposit policies.
