The Clubhouse

The Clubhouse is an ideal coastal event location for the pleasure of up to 100 guests, allowing you the flexibility of selecting your own caterer.Morning events are from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. while twilight events are from 5 p.m. - 10 p.m.
Your clubhouse rental fee includes:

• 10 round tables, each with 10 chairs
• Up to five 6' tables
• Access to preparation kitchen
• Adjacent patio with ocean views
• Event coordination

The Lawn

The Seapointe Lawn provides you with lush greenery, making it the perfect choice for a ceremony of up to 100 guests. Morning ceremonies are at 9:30 a.m. and twilight ceremonies are at 4:30 p.m.
Your lawn fees include:

• Up to 100 white folding chairs
• Coordination of the wedding party

Our lawn area offers the ideal location for your ceremony of up to 100 guests. The lawn area is booked in four hour increments in conjunction with the Clubhouse rental.
