Ceremony Site
Our lawn area offers the ideal location for your ceremony of up to 100 guests. The lawn area is booked in four hour increments in conjunction with the Clubhouse rental.

Club House
The Club House offers an ocean view reception site accommodating up to 100 guests. Included in the rental price is (10) round tables with (10) chairs each, as well as up to (5) 6’ buffet tables. There is a kitchen/food staging area with a sink; stainless steal refrigerator, microwave, and granite counter tops.

Media Room
The media room is a great location for meeting and smaller events up to 35people. The media room includes (4) 6’ buffet tables and (35) chairs. The room is equip with a large screen t.v. which is perfect for presentations and dim lighting.

Food & Beverage
Our facility allows for any outside catering to be brought into the Clubhouse. Each catering company must be self-contained and able to provide their services independent from the resort. The catering company must also provide glasses, dishes, serving dishes, etc. Any equipment not owned by the Carlsbad Seapointe Resort must be removed immediately after the contracted function time. Carlsbad Seapointe Resort cannot be responsible for any equipment left on the premises.

Liquor Laws
All events providing alcohol need to obtain a licensed bartender with liability insurance or $1,000,000 liability insurance drawn off of your home owners policy or contacting an on-line event insurance company. Proof of such insurance must be provided one week prior to the event date.

Decorations
All decorations are the responsibility of the client. Please note that glitter, confetti, birdseed, rice and open flames are not permitted on property.

Deposits and Payments
The Clubhouse rental fees are paid in full and due when the contract is signed. Once the contract is signed the requested open date can be held. A credit card must accompany the final guarantee for potential overages.
